PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT

By enrolling in and accessing the “Build Better Meetings” digital course, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content included as part of this Course, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, worksheets, guides, audio recordings, and instructional materials (collectively “Course Materials”) is the property of ICL or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

LICENSE FOR PERSONAL USE

Participant is granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, temporary license to access and use ICL content and resources solely for personal educational purposes. This license is limited to the individual who has purchased access to the Course.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE/NO TRANSFER OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Participant hereby agrees that they will not:

1. Copy, reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, rent, or distribute any portion of the Course Materials
2. Modify, publish, or create derivative works based on the Course Materials
3. Participate in the transfer or sale of Course Materials to any third party
4. Share access credentials with others or allow others to use Participant’s account
5. Record, screenshot, or otherwise capture video sessions, webinars, or content for distribution
6. In any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found in the Course

Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights from ICL to Participant. Participant acknowledges that they do not acquire any ownership rights by accessing or using the Course Materials.
